Week of 10/3 - 10/10: T is for TWO

Sorry everyone.  Edie came down with a bad flu bug the beginning of last week and just didnt get a chance to take her photo until this weekend.   So this week we will be hitting you with a DOUBLE theme week.

The first theme for this week is TWO..  as in one, two buckle my shoe.   Do you have TWO of something near you?  Perhaps you know of an image of a number TWO near you?   This is one of those themes with lots of possibilities.    We can't wait to see what you come up with.

Week of 9/12 to 9/19/10 - SOUND

So last week we had you all staring at the sun, or something that resembles a sun. This week we are asking you to photograph a SOUND or something that symbolizes a SOUND to you. Good luck!


P.S. We don't discuss what our individual photos are going to be ahead of time, only the theme, so this is a total coincidence! LOL

Week of 9/12 to 9/19/10 - SUN

Sorry folks, I know we are late again but its been a busy week as both of us have kids who are now back in school this week.  

This week, we move on to the letter S.   The first theme for the letter S is SUN..  Is it sunny out where you are?  Do you have something that reminds you of sunshine?  What represents sun to you?

Week of 09/06 - 09/13: R is for ROCK

Do you "want to Rock & Roll all night"? Do you have a "piece of the rock"? Can you smell "what the Rock is cooking"? Well hopefully you have some kind of ROCK near you, because that is what our word is for this week as we finish out the letter R.

Week of 08/29 - 09/06: R is for RAIN

We are FINALLY done with those pesky Q's and are moving on to the letter R which Corinna and I think is a much more photogenic letter. The theme for this week is RAIN. Now I know what some of you may be thinking, "We are smack dab in the middle of summer, where are we going to find RAIN?". Trust me though there is RAIN out there. You might have to be creative and make some of your own.

Week of 8/23 to 8/30 - Q is for QUARTER

Here is the 2nd theme for Q... (Q is a hard letter for themes by the way) We decided to go with QUARTER. Now you can go with the money idea that Corinna did, or you can take a different approach with QUARTER and do something completely different.

PS - Edie's photo is coming, she just had a external drive issue on her computer and it was suppose to be fix today so she could post her photo. Unfortunately the issue is taking longer to fix that she realized.

Week of 8/15 to 8/22 - Q is for QUIET

Shhhhhhhhhh!! Do you hear that? That's the sound of Shutterbug's starting a new letter and a new theme. The theme for this week is... QUIET. What means "quiet" to you? Do you have a "quiet" spot.
